Steroid intake frequency

• Week 5 to 8: Take 150mg per day of Anadrol always after meals.

Protections intake

For Arimidex:

• Take every 2 days, 0.5mg of Arimidex after meals either in the morning, at noon or in the evening (as you wish).

For Samarin:

• Week 1 to 8: Take 3 Tabs per day always before meal. Example of taking: 1 Tab in the morning, 1 Tab at noon and 1 Tab in the evening. (Not included in the pack but available on this link)

Recovery and gain conservation

• At the end of your treatment, therefore the day after the last steroid intake, take 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolvadex per day after eating (morning, noon or evening) for 20 days.

Advice

• Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
