Steroid intake frequency
For Dianabol:
Week 1 to 2 and 7 to 8: Take 3 tabs of 10mg of Dianabol per day after meal. Intake example: 1 tab in the morning, 1 tab at noon and 1 tab in the evening.

Recovery and gain conservation
At the end of your treatment, therefore the day after the last steroid intake, take 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolvadex per day after eating either in the morning, noon or evening (your choice) for 20 days.
Advice
Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
