I placed my order on March 5, 2026, and as of August 10, 2026, I still have not received anything.

I've sent 25+ emails and dealt with multiple people, yet I still can't get a clear answer or meaningful update. I'm repeatedly told to “wait a few more days,” only for a week or longer to pass with no progress. I then have to email again just to get another vague response.

I've been extremely patient, especially considering I've used their service for a long time, but this has been by far the worst experience I've ever had with a warehouse.

I strongly advise others to think twice before using WH PHARMAQO USA. If you're not comfortable having your money tied up for months with little communication or accountability, I would look elsewhere. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

My second experience went very well: payment was confirmed within 24 hours, tracking arrived a few days later, and delivery followed 13 days after that. The overall delivery time was approximately 20 days. ULTIMA product.
