Colis non reçu malgré des mails m’informant du colis « livré ». Bon, ça peut arriver. Mais après réclamation : « à vous de contacter le transporteur (et comment, je n’ai reçu de message que de TSO ?!) pour obtenir une attestation de non-livraison » puis le service réclamation traitera ma demande. Et comment ça peut être à moi de prouver que le livreur a donné une mauvaise information ? C’est à lui de prouver au client (qui est TSO) qu’il a livré ! Heureusement que j’avais pris l’assurance de plusieurs dizaines d’euros. Ce n’est pas sérieux : faites attention, on prend des risques de perdre plusieurs centaines d’euros et de ne rien recevoir à commander sur ce site
