I've used this company multiple times in the past with no issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I placed an order on February 26, and it still hasn't even been sent to USPS for shipment. I've done nothing but communicate respectfully and try to resolve the issue, but I've received no response or updates.
At this point, I have no idea if I'll receive my order, a refund, or any kind of resolution. I've been left completely in the dark despite sending multiple emails and attempting to create support tickets.
I strongly advise anyone caution when purchasing, especially from their “Stock USA Pharmaqo.” This has been the worst experience I've had with a company, and all I'm asking for is basic communication or a clear resolution. I'll happily remove this review or write a counter review if someone could just respond and communicate with me on this matter.
