WU is a reliable payment solution for any transaction. We chose WU because payments are fast and confidential. You have the option to pay at one of the many WU points of sale (500,000 WU branches in more than 200 countries) or directly on their website with your credit card.

1 – Pay for your order with WU

In branch or online, fill out the "Send money" form with the following information:
- The LAST NAME and first name of the beneficiary:
We provide you with payment information on your order confirmation page.
This recipient is for single use only, for this order only. For future orders, we will automatically assign you a different recipient.
- The first and last name of the person who paid for the order (as they appear on identity documents).
- Country of destination: Ukraine (the city is not essential).
- The amount you want to send (transaction costs are your responsibility).
- The recipient must receive the money in cash.
- Please request that the recipient receive the same currency as yours.
For example, if you are paying in €, please request that the beneficiary receive €.
But if you are paying with $, please request that the recipient receive $.
If you pay in a currency other than $ or the’€, then please request that the beneficiary receive in $. - Do not make a lower transfer at 140 € or 150$ per beneficiary (minimum accepted).
- NEW, IMPORTANT: In "Reason for payment", you must choose "Humanitarian aid" or "Gift or gift" (or similar).
(Please NEVER choose “family support” or anything related to relatives or your payment could be canceled). - Keep it MTCN tracking number that the agent gives you so that you can send it to us via the form below.
2 – Send us the proof of payment via our confirmation form:
Once your payment is confirmed via WU, fill out the confirmation form below confirming that you have sent the payment. This step is important and mandatory.
Important Please be careful not to make any mistakes in the payment information below. Any error will result in a delay in the validation of your payment (48 hours to 1 week).
3 – Once the information is validated, we ship your order within 48 hours
After validating your payment, we ship your order within 48 hours on average (working days).
