Steroid intake frequency

      Week 1 to 4:

• Take 3 Tabs per day of Anadrol always after the meal. Example of taking: 1 Tabs in the morning, 1 Tabs at noon and 1 Tabs in the evening.

Protections intake

A conscientious athlete is a person who protects his health even if he wants to increase his sports performance.

To do this, just follow our instructions:

For Arimidex:

• Take every 2 days, 1 Arimidex tablet after the meal, either in the morning, at noon or in the evening (as desired).

For Samarin:

•  Take 3 Tabs per day always before the meal. Example of taking: 1 Tab in the morning, 1 Tab at noon and 1 Tab in the evening: PRODUCT NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACK.

Recovery and gain conservation

• At the end of your cycle, so the day after the last steroid intake, take 1 Clomid and 1 Nolvadex per day after eating either in the morning, noon or evening (as desired) for 20 days.

Advice

• Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
• The remaining steroids and protections will serve you for your next cycle (2 years product storage, away from dust, light and humidity).
