Steroid intake frequency
- Week 1 to 4: Take 30mg of Dianabol per day after meals.
- Week 1 to 4: Take 30mg of Winstrol daily after meals.
Protections intake

For Arimidex intake:
- Week 1 to 4: Take 0.5 mg of Arimidex every 2 days after meals either in the morning, at noon or in the evening (as you wish).

- Week 1 to 4: Take 4 tablets of Samarin per day before the meal either in the morning, at noon or in the evening as desired (not included in the pack).
Recovery and gain conservation
- At the end of your treatment, therefore the day after the last steroid intake, take 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolvadex per day after eating either in the morning, noon or evening (your choice) for 20 days.
Advice
- Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
- The remaining steroids and protections will serve you for your next cycle (2 years product storage, away from dust, light and humidity).
