Recovery and gain conservation
At the end of your treatment, so the day after the last steroid intake, take 1 Clomid and 1 Nolvadex after the meal (morning, noon or evening) per day for 21 days
Advice
Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
The remaining steroids and protections will serve you for your next cycle (2 years product storage, away from dust, light and humidity).
