Steroid intake frequency
Week 1 to 4:
- Take 6 tabs per day of Anadrol always after the meal. Example of taking: 2 Tabs in the morning, 2 Tabs at noon and 2 Tabs in the evening.
Protections intake

For Arimidex:
- Take every 2 days, 1 stamp of Arimidex after the meal either in the morning, at noon or in the evening (as you wish).
For Samarin:
- Take 3 Tabs per day always before the meal. Example of taking: 1 Tab in the morning, 1 Tab at noon and 1 Tab in the evening: PRODUCT NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACK.
Recovery and gain conservation
- At the end of your treatment, so the day after the last steroid intake, take 2 Clomid and 2 Nolvadex per day after eating either in the morning, midday or evening (as desired) for 20 days.
Advice
- Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
- The remaining steroids and protections will serve you for your next cycle (2 years product storage, away from dust, light and humidity).
