Dosage

For Sustanon and Deca-Durabolin:

• Week 1 to 4: (kick-start) take 4 Tabs per day

Protection

Recovery and gain conservation

• For your PCT please wait 19 days after the last injection before starting to take 1 Clomid and 1 Nolvadex per day after eating either morning, noon or evening (as desired) for 20 days

Advice

• As you know all injectable steroids can be mixed together in the same syringe (to reduce injections) except Winstrol which must be done separately.
• Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
• The remaining steroids and protections will serve you for your next cycle (2 years product storage, away from dust, light and humidity).
