Prendre tous les 2 jours, 0.5mg d’Arimidex après le repas soit le matin, le midi ou le soir (comme vous le souhaitez).

Semaine 1 à 4 : Prendre 3 Tabs de Samarin (Protection foie) par jour toujours avant repas (ex: 1 Tab le matin, 1 Tab le midi et 1 Tab le soir). (non inclus dans le pack mais trouvable sur ce lien).

Recovery and gain conservation

A la fin de votre cure, donc le lendemain de la dernière prise de stéroïdes, prendre 50mg Clomid et 20mg Nolvadex par jour après manger soit le (matin, midi ou soir) pendant 20 jours.
