Recovery and gain conservation
At the end of your treatment, therefore the day after the last steroid intake, take 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolvadex after meals (morning, noon or evening) per day for 21 days
Advice
Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
