Steroid intake frequency

For Dianabol:

• Week 1 to 6: Take 40mg of Dianabol per day after meal. Intake example: 1 Tab in the morning, 2 Tabs at noon and 1 Tab in the evening.

To do this, just follow our instructions:

For Arimidex :

• Take every 2 days, 0.5mg of Arimidex after meals either in the morning, at noon or in the evening (as you wish).

For the Samarin :

• Week 1 to 6: Take 3 Samarin Tabs after meals. Example of intake: 1 Tab in the morning, 1 Tab at noon and 1 Tab in the evening. (not included in the pack but can be found on this link).

Recovery and gain conservation

• At the end of your treatment, therefore the day after the last steroid intake, take 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolvadex per day after eating (morning, noon or evening) for 20 days.

Advice

• As you know all injectable steroids can be mixed together in the same syringe (to reduce injections) except Winstrol which must be done separately.
• Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
• The remaining steroids and protections will serve you for your next cycle (2 years product storage, away from dust, light and humidity).
