Steroid intake frequency
- Week 1 (Monday to Wednesday): Take 3 Tabs per day of Anavar always after meal. Intake example: 1 Tab in the morning, 1 Tab at noon and 1 Tab in the evening; (Thursday to Sunday): Take 4 Tabs of Anavar per day.
- Week 2 to 6: Take 5 Tabs of Anavar per day.
Protections intake

- Take 4 Samarin tablets every day before meals (2 mornings and 2 evenings). (Not included in the pack)
Advice
