Description
Le Modafinil réduit la somnolence extrême due à la narcolepsie et aux troubles du sommeil tels que l’apnée obstructive du sommeil. On l’utilise aussi pour rester éveillé pendant les heures de travail où vous avez un horaire de travail qui vous empêche d’avoir une routine de sommeil normale. Néanmoins, ce médicament ne guérit pas les troubles du sommeil ni ne règle définitivement les problèmes de somnolence.
Utilisé pour rester éveillé, pour mieux se concentrer et pour mieux travailler, le Modafinil 100 mg s’est également révélé être un stimulant cognitif très efficace améliorant le processus de décision. Il agit sur certaines substances chimiques du cerveau qui contrôlent le cycle veille/sommeil et il a été prouvé que ce médicament améliore l’état de veille, la capacité d’attention et la vigilance.
Concernant la posologie, c’est 200 à 400 mg par jour en dose unique le matin ou en 2 doses fractionnées.
