Cytomel is a synthetic thyroid hormone that exists only in tablet form. It is one of the most powerful thyroid hormones. and its properties are highly anabolic.

There are 2 types of synthetic thyroid hormones. There are L-T4 type thyroid hormones and L-T3 type thyroid hormones, such as Cytomel. Cytomel is by far the most powerful of the two. People who have tried it report that the results obtained with Cytomel are 4 to 5 times higher than those of L-T4 type. The mode of action of Cytomel is as follows: it increases protein synthesis and therefore produces a gain in muscle mass. In addition, Cytomel is an excellent fat burner: it accelerates the use of carbohydrates and the burning of fat by producing more RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) by increasing the basal metabolism. Bodybuilders should start with a low dose and then increase it slowly. Experienced users typically begin with 25 mcg per day, then increase by 25 mcg every 5 or 6 days, up to a maximum of 100 mcg per day, taken in four doses throughout the day. It is then important to gradually reduce the dose towards the end of the cycle to avoid abrupt discontinuation. A Cytomel cycle should not exceed 5 weeks.
