Description

Known to be a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, Afilta (Tadafil) 20 mg works by increasing the flow of blood to the penis during sexual activity, thereby causing an erection. Afilta 20 mg erection pills are not an aphrodisiac and stimulation will be needed to develop an erection.

The recommended dose of Afilta 20 mg over 24 hours is 20 mg (1 tablet). However, the starting dose of Generic Afilta should be 10 mg and 5 mg in men 65 years of age and older. It is to be taken 60 minutes before sexual activity. Generic Afilta tablets can be taken with or without food. And always take this medicine with a full glass of water.
