Delivery delay :

  • Shipping of the package: within 72 hours (excluding weekends) after validation of your payment.
  • Duration of transit: 10 - 20 days.
  • Sending of the postal tracking code: 3 - 5 days after the parcel has been shipped.
  • Information on Customs fees only for customers from Europe: Additional customs fees may apply (no more than 30EUR). But the package remains intact, airtight and discreet.
