The order I placed in November caused an unprecedented delay, and they reassured me, saying it was due to the holiday season and that they would guarantee ultra-fast delivery for my next order as compensation. So, I placed another order, which was validated on January 24th, and its status has remained the same: "Order Shopping Preparation," even though they told me something completely different. The package arrived, and I know this because I've placed more than one order with them. But to be honest, they're no longer as punctual as they used to be. And I'm not talking about one, two, or three orders; all my recent orders have experienced enormous delays. So, for someone who has planned their cycle, having it disrupted is a real pain. It's very real, and I repeat, I've experienced this kind of delay with all my recent orders from them, and this time they promised me something completely different.

It's now been more than a month since I placed a Roma order, I paid for an express delivery at 50€ per delivery!!! For this price I expected to receive my order very very quickly!! And to date January 11, 2023 still nothing! After a few emails to support, still no reaction from them…
Apparently telling me that my order will be taken care of very soon (it's been 1 month since I've been told that!!
