It's now been more than a month since I placed a Roma order, I paid for an express delivery at 50€ per delivery!!! For this price I expected to receive my order very very quickly!! And to date January 11, 2023 still nothing! After a few emails to support, still no reaction from them…
Apparently telling me that my order will be taken care of very soon (it's been 1 month since I've been told that!!
Very disappointed with the service so far. I hope to receive my order one day...

Been 2 weeks sonce i ofeeed and paid. I dont even get responses anymore, feel 4 messages, 2 none responsive. Have all my proof of payment, order still saying being prepped and unpaid. Horrid.

Just received the parcel. It was a bit longer than expected, but it is clearly explainable by the hot pre-Christmas period.
I was impressed with the fake package on top of the original one – very smart. The product looks reliable, let's see the results 🙂 Communication with the support was good, but, as a recommendation, I would ask for more proactiveness in informing about the status of the order. I paid by crypto and nothing… Only after my e-mail to support it became clear that the money are received and the parcel is being prepared. So it will be great in the future to have any statuses by e-mail (eg payment is pending, the payment received, the parcel is being prepared) etc.

I come back to inform that until now my order has never arrived to me, the TSO group has become much less serious and yet they were the best, my order was validated since November 24 and until now I get as a response, like "your shipment should not be delayed any longer" or "within the week you will obtain your tracking number" or even "I have just reported your case to our customer service, we will get back to you as soon as we have news" and so far nothing at all, I had to interrupt my treatment that I had started because of them due to this delay, worse, without these products I cannot even do the follow-up, so dear buyers for the moment I advise you to be quite wary before validating an order so as not to suffer the same result as me, I undertake to post the progress of my order daily, thank you

Well, I had a good experience from first order, so I ordered again. This time, accidentally, Czech Post somehow managed to lose my package and the Czech Post office did not communicate with my by any mean. I contacted the Top Steroids support, explained what happened, and although they had no reason to solve this problem, since its not their responsibility, the support helped me and resent the order. Deffinately did not expect at all, these guys are the best. I actually haven't had a better experience with online shopping yet. These guys deserve fat 6 out of 5 stars… They took the responsibility for the fuck up the Czech Post office made and saved me, while having no duty nor reason to do so. Best experience so far.

Hi, I have not received confirmation of my payment from you for the TOP3725247618 order! However, my payment by Litecoin is confirmed on the blockchain. The 6 confirmations on the blockchain took about 30 minutes, and I used the Litecoin address you provided, which was displayed for the payment (only 20 minutes to do it before it expired, BUT I initiated the payment on time, before the 20 minutes ended , afterwards I had to wait for the blockchain confirmations which took more than 20 minutes but the payment was made in time).
