The order was paid for via Binance, which confirmed the transaction and its receipt by the recipient. My contact at Top Steroids Online told me it hadn't arrived and that I needed to make a second payment. They'll claim they didn't receive it due to an incompatibility issue, but Binance confirms receipt of the money. In short, a great way to lose money.
