It's a disaster. After 10 days without shipping, I contacted customer service, and they told me, unfortunately, that warehouse no longer delivers to my address. Yet, the description clearly states that they can deliver to me, and they haven't corrected the error in the description to this day. They refuse to refund my money; they say they'll find a compatible replacement and send it to me. I paid 406$, and they found a compatible replacement for 376$ without offering a refund or any other form of compensation. For every question I ask, I have to wait 24 hours, except on weekends when they supposedly answer immediately. That means for three questions, I have to wait a week. They received the payment on March 24th, and now it's April 8th, and I still haven't heard anything. The customer service representatives are friendly, but they seem clueless. They contact other people to get answers. I'll keep you updated later.
