La posologie habituelle de le testostérone propionate chez les athlètes masculins est de l’ordre de 50 à 100 mg par injection, l’administration du produit se fait tous les deux ou trois jours. Comme tous les esters de testostérone, la testostérone propionate est couramment utilisé à une dose cumulative hebdomadaire entre 200 mg à 400 mg. La Testostérone propionate est une forme injectable synthétique de la testostérone masculine androgène primaire.
