Sibutramine 20mg 50tabs – General-Pharma qui est la molécule du Reductil (généralement sous la forme de la chlorhydrate sel monohydrate) est un orale anorexigène. Jusqu’à récemment, il a été commercialisé et prescrit comme traitement d’appoint dans le traitement d’exogène et de l’obésité.

Description

La Sibutramine est un médicament produit depuis 1997 et utilisé comme traitement d’appoint contre l’obésité nutritionnelle. C’est un anorexigène phényléthylaminique qui provoque une modification des amines cérébrales entraînant une diminution de l’appétit et une sensation de satiété
La Sibutramine agit en inhibant la recapture de la sérotonine et de la noradrénaline. Mais, contrairement à la Fenfluramine et à ses dérivés, elle n’augmente pas le taux de sérotonine circulant et n’aurait donc pas les effets secondaires cardiaques de ces derniers. Elle augmente le sentiment de satiété et diminue, par conséquent, les prises alimentaires. La Sibutramine est particulièrement efficace, elle agit dès le début du cycle (après 2/3 jours seulement).
Il n’est pas recommandé de dépasser 12 mois de traitement et d’utiliser la Sibutramine si vous avez des antécédents cardio-vasculaires.
