Dosage

Recovery and gain conservation
- For your PCT please wait 19 days after the last injection before starting to take 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolvadex per day after eating either in the morning, at noon or in the evening (your choice) for 20 days
Advice
- As you know all injectable steroids can be mixed together in the same syringe (to reduce injections) except Winstrol which must be done separately.
- Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
