Dosage
Week 1 to 8:
- Take 1ml of Enanthate and 1ml of Deca per week (ex: 1ml Enanthate on Monday and 1ml Deca on Thursday)

To do this, just follow our instructions:
- Take 1mg of Arimidex after meals (morning, noon or evening) every 2 days (EOD: Every Other Day).
Recovery and gain conservation
- For your PCT please wait 19 days after the last injection before starting to take 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolvadex per day after eating either in the morning, noon or evening for 20 days.
Advice
- As you know all injectable steroids can be mixed in the same syringe (to reduce injections) except Winstrol which must be done separately.
- Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
