Week 1 to 4:
- Take 3 Tabs per day of Dianabol always after meal (ex: 1 Tab in the morning, 1 Tab at noon and 1 Tab in the evening)
Protection

Recovery and gain conservation
- At the end of your treatment, so the day after the last steroids intake, take 1 Clomid and 1 Nolvadex per day after eating either (morning, noon or evening) for 20 days.
Advice
- Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
- The remaining steroids and protections will serve you for your next cycle (2 years product storage, away from dust, light and humidity).
