- Take 30mg of Dianabol per day always after meals.

Recovery and gain conservation
- At the end of your treatment, therefore the day after the last steroid intake, take 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolvadex per day after eating (morning, noon or evening) for 20 days.
Advice
- Avoid drinking alcohol during your cycle, drink plenty of water (3 liters per day minimum) so that your kidneys work perfectly.
